I little over a year ago, Jason Withers was recommended to me by a friend for potentially purchasing an engagement ring. From the very first moment, Jason personally dealt with my needs and was not only accommodating an informative but more importantly, made it his personal mission to provide a truly incredible work of art. Not just a ring. I had a pre-conceived idea of the ring design and stone type which Jason took on board, and used his impressive knowledge to optimise the design based on aspects I had not previously thought of. This resulted in an absolutely stunning and unique design. The ring was made in a very timely manner and according to a budget, and when I picked it up, I was blown away by how it turned out. My partner must have agreed as she is now my fiance and to this day, is still blown away by it. Together, we have returned to Jason for our wedding bands which has been just as much of a pleasure. Jason's team are incredibly helpful, efficient and professional, and without them this experience would not have been anywhere near as great. If I could specify primary reasons to deal with Jason and his team, it would be that they show absolute and genuine interest in their customer's every need. Amidst the dilemma of deciding and organising when, where, how I would propose to my girlfriend, it was such a pleasure to be dealing with a professional team who could personally walk me through the process of purchasing that amazing engagement ring!
From the moment I made an enquiry, the personalised and professional approach began - and even almost two years later, it continues!
I must admit that like most young guys, I did not know much about the quality and legitimacy of diamonds - just that women seemed to love them! Jason and his team, namely Debbie and Emily, helped me understand and become a pro. They were always willing to answer any questions promptly and provide advice appropriately. My wife will not mind me saying that she is very picky - and this was well catered for with the array of designs and ability to customise. I would ask for certain characteristics based on preferences from my better half and I would receive artworks representing that design and quotes for different diamonds and materials.
After many emails, phone discussions, designs, options, quotes etc, I had finally decided on a ring. The design was perfect - classic with a contemporary twist and an absolutely AMAZING diamond! I was honestly stunned by the result and needless to say, she said yes and we are now happily married.
It is definitely one of those rings that people genuinely love - and with the variety of designs and stones available, the team will be able to create your perfect ring too! We have received nothing but compliments for the last 18mths and it sparkles with all the colours of the rainbow every day.
I can understand the apprehension if you are considering purchasing outside of a city that has a store. It is an important and expensive process which will have great bearing on your future - you want to get it right, right? Well the process was flawless and my needs were met so well I would recommend to anybody. Jason Withers himself flew from Brisbane to hand-deliver my ring and this was well beyond my expectations - just proving the wonderfully personal approach.
All in all, Jason and his team deserve a big congratulations on their level of customer service and dedication to each client - highly recommended from me...10/10!

My engagement ring is stunning!! It's bright, beautiful, unique and is suited to me perfectly! Jason and Emily have been amazing from start to finish. They were extremely accommodating to my perfectionism, openly communicated with me throughout the process and sent me multiple drawings of the design. To top it off....what we were able to get with our budget surpassed our expectations (especially compared to what we had previously been quoted)!! Debbie made me immediately comfortable, listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me. I had recently sold an investment property and wanted to mark the sale with a special piece that I had been promising myself for a long time. You could buy your diamonds from anywhere, and it's possible that you'll still be pleased with your purchase...but know this, once you walk out of that store, you will never get the level of service that you would with Jason Withers. They don't just sell you your jewellery and wave goodbye, they are there every step of the way. Even years after. You can see that Jason is passionate about what he does and this passion is translated into his designs and desire to produce quality work.
