I was the receiver of one of Jason's beautiful rings! My parter mentioned to me that Jason was so helpful, patient and kind about the whole process of choosing the exact engagement ring for me. I love my ring so much! The ring is so beautiful and I wouldn't want anything else - it's perfect. Thank you Jason for your fantastic skills. Jason was recommended by two different friends that had both had great experiences with him when buying their own engagement rings. Ours was a custom design and the diamond that Jason sourced is fantastic - we get comments every time we show it to people. Highly recommend.

The Jason Withers jewellery experience is like no other, it is the Rolls Royce experience in jewellery. He is a man who knows his stuff when it comes to diamonds, and jewellery full stop. My fianc?e originally had an idea for her engagement ring, which she had obtained from one of the expensive and big name rip off jewellery stores. Jason suggested another design to my fianc?e, and well folks, all I can say is that my fianc?e and I are very happy we took Jason's advice. Jason's design is AWESOME, it is an engagement ring that has the WOW factor and totally suited the beautiful diamond he helped me source. I have a photo of the ring on my phone and when I showed it to the girls I work with they were in awe. I almost lost hope in finding/designing a dream ring for my fianc?e when I came across Jason Withers. The quality of personal service and personal interest from Jason in what my fianc?e actually wanted was exceptional! I visited numerous high street shops in Brisbane and I would never have been able to get such an EXCELLENT diamond (perfect arrows), stunning design and the right price from anywhere else besides Jason Withers! A dream come true! When i searched for a diamond wholesaler on the internet i wasn't sure that what i would find would be someone reliable. Upon the first meeting with Jason i felt quite the opposite! He was kind, honest and trustworthy! He made both my fiance' and i feel at ease. We absolutely love his company and his style. He has made our dream of owning the most spectacular ring become a reality! This ring is definately a representation of our love for each other! We never knew that it was attainable until we met Jason. He is professional and delivers on all of his promisses! He kept us up to date with everything and the result was amazing! We are so extremely lucky to have found Jason and so incredibly proud to own a ring of this callibre. We are getting our wedding bands and eternity rings made by Jason. The search for the perfect engagement ring can be quite a daunting experience however Jason made it so easy for us! He understood just what we were looking for (both in diamond quality and ring setting) and was able to craft two beautiful engagement rings for my fianc?e and I in next to no time at all! The diamonds were everything that we had hoped for – beautiful, stunning and elegant – with such amazing fire and sparkle… the perfect hearts and arrows diamonds! The artistry employed by Jason in preparing the rings - not only in design beauty but geometrical symmetry - was simply amazing! I bought a loose diamond to propose with, and later came back to get the stone set in a design of my fiance's choice. On both occasions I did a lot of shopping around, and found Jason to have the best variety of stones and ring designs, also the most competitive prices, and he had a lot of demonstration stock to guide us through the process. I highly recommended him, and we'll be back for our wedding bands!

In August last year I first thought of proposing and started scouring the internet for rings and diamonds to go in them. After a number of visits to random jewellers in the Melbourne CBD and a long discussion with Tiffany’s, I figured I could save about 30 to 50% by not using a high street shop. After weighing up the cost of selecting the colour, clarity and cut, I trawled through the net to find the biggest one I could afford. I wanted an Australian company; as if I was not happy with the diamond, I wanted a safeguard and the option to return it. I found what I wanted through Diamond Exchange (DE) in Melbourne, paid and waited, and waited. See, when you buy a diamond in this way, it typically comes from New York, Israel or Mumbai, so you pay for the diamond up front and have it delivered. The alternative is to buy something already in stock, which is more expensive due to the cost of the company physically storing it (safe's, security etc), plus the insurance to cover it. I over the next few months DE they offered a rather impressive list of excuses for why nothing was delivered. I wrote to everybody; DE, the Jewellers Association of Australia, the Australian Securities and Investment Commission and anybody who I could. Finally I walked down one lunch time and refused to leave until I got my money back, still to no avail, even after keeping the Director and CFO there until 8pm. The following morning the administrators walked in to DE and the company closed (yet I'm amazed to see their website back up???). I lodged my claim with the liquidators and, after 4 months since they shut, it's becoming more and more apparent that nobody will get any money back from what was spent and there's talk of civil and/or criminal charges. Thankfully my bank processed a chargeback from the credit card transaction and I was in action again. I love my bank right now. Knowing I was so lucky, my screening process stepped up a considerable notch to ensure I found somebody reputable. Sticking to the internet option (due to the cost the price of in-store jewellery), I eventually found Jason. I held off proposing until I had everything sorted with Jason, but just to touch on Diamond Exchange one more time... if you plan a proposal, the venue, the date etc, you want to have that ring!!! The last thing you want to say to your gorgeous fianc? who's smile with tears of happiness after you ask "Will you marry me?" is, "oh, by the way, you don't have a ring. I spent all my money on a ring that will never arrive." That for sure will put a dampener on what is one of the greatest days in your life, regardless on how unmaterialistic your wife to be is. From memory my first impression of Jason was "no bullsh!t". I'm a fan of somebody who gives an honest opinion and leaves the sales talk behind. I had found some diamond options on his website, enquired and started talking to Jason on which is the best one. The thing I found was that there's more than diamonds then the typical "four C" checklist. There's varying grades of a VS2 clarity, or an E colour, or if a slight fluorescence is a positive or negative. You can't pick these from certificates alone. Jason checks these subclasses from the suppliers before ordering to ensure they on the upper end of each, rather than just scraping in at the lower end of the spectrum. I popped in to see Jason the next time I was in Brisbane. Settings were something I never gave a thought of either. Jason showed me the setting I chose, which was slightly more expensive than what I had been quoted from DE for a similar shape and both in platinum. I was shown a setting which looked exactly like the one from DE, which, compared to Jason’s setting, looked like a brittle piece of tin. That extra platinum goes a long way, not only in presentation, but also diamond security, let alone the step up in workmanship. The end product is magnificent!

The whole experience with Jason from choosing an engagement ring, to matching wedding rings has been fantastic. Everything from the cut of the diamond, the setting, and matching the wedding rings has been completely professional and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Jason as our rings have turned out beautifully and he has helped us get the perfect rings for our special day!

After searching for an Engagement ring for some time, not only was I left very disappointed with previous businesses and so call "experts" in the industry I was starting to become overwhelmed and discouraged.... then I was fortunate enough to came across Jason Withers. Jason with his knowledgeable background was more than happy to explain the ins & outs of everything I needed to know about selecting an Engagement ring from start to finish. After explaining to Jason what I was searching for, I am pleased to say... I am Extremely Happy with the outcome of the chosen Design & price, while feeling comfortable throughout the process. I was very Impressed with his service & honesty, which is rare to see these days. I look forward to dealing with Jason again in the near future. Thank you for your honesty.

The ring is stunning just like my fiancee. Jason delivered on a tight time line with a very well priced ring, he was more knowledgable than anyone else we talked to and his follow up service has been awesome.

I contacted Jason to simply fix my broken engagement ring. After meeting with him and seeing his amazing work I decided to speak with him about getting my wedding ring made. I had already gotten one quote but wasn't happy with the service at the other jeweller. Jason was great - he is very knowledgeable and professional but still manages to make you feel comfortable. I told him what I wanted and he gave me advice on how it would or wouldn't work (rather than just selling me something that wouldn't suit). He gave me a timeframe and cost that were both under what the other place quoted, Jason using better diamonds I might add! When it was time to collect my ring I was so very pleased/excited with Jason's amazing work (and still am!). The wedder matched with my antique engagement ring so well. And he even let me leave it with him until closer to my wedding so I didn't misplace it! I plan on coming back as soon as I can think of a good reason for getting another diamond ring! Brilliant! Jason was recommended to us through a friend of a friend, and we decided to get a quote for my engagement ring with him. We did quite a bit of shopping around so we knew exactly what we were looking for. Jason was amazing - he was the most flexible, accomodating and professional person. We told him what we were after, and our budget and he made it work - in fact, we got more than what we were after. We also went back and got our wedding bands through him. They are just amazing - the quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and Jason was great to work with. I get so many comments about my rings. He went out of his way to help us, and to make sure that the rings were the highest quality and exactly what we were after. I have recommended him to many of my friends, and I have no hesitation in continuing to do so. Thanks for my perfect ring Jason! Will definately be back for anything else in the future.
